Stef Millin from Millin’s explains, “we find the customers often say it’s all too hard to pull the skin back off the ham, do the pin-point diamond score on the fat and then have to make a glaze, as well as all the other things they have to do on Christmas day. We take the hard work out of it by doing all that for them and give them easy instructions on getting the show piece ready for the festive table.”
All Millin’s legs of free range pork are from Cowra New South Wales, are gluten free and are smoked by award winning smokehouse, Zammit. “We can’t do as good a job as Zammit do, so we leave it to the professionals,” Mr Millin says. “We’ve worked together with Zammit to create a unique ham just for our customers, which is low in salt with an amazing smoky aroma. This ham is what Christmas is all about!”
