Butcher Stef Millin is proud of his traditional pork sausages. The banger won gold at the recent Sydney Fine Food Show. It’s a simple recipe, just lean meat and a few spices, Millin says. The sausage also placed third in the state at the Australian Meat Industry Council awards. They are $16.99 a kilo and great for barbecues.
