What a rollercoaster the last few months have been! Having stuck with us during such unusual times, we would like to send a heartfelt thanks to all our customers for your support, patience and willingness to help us do our job, and help you, through it all.
Reflecting on it now, it seems surreal; back in March, once news of panic buying and bunkering at home started to spread we were totally run off our feet as people were buying up big on the basics – mince, chicken breasts & sausages – as we all prepared for the worst. Our supply chain struggled keeping up with the overnight rise in volume and, as with many other essential retail businesses, we had to limit purchases so our valued regulars wouldn’t miss out. It was a situation I truly thought we would never see!
Now that things are returning to a new ‘normal’, people are working from home so much more and staying in the suburbs. You’re supporting your local shops and we have really appreciated the support you have all shown us. Thank you!
Now we’re noticing new trends emerging and we’re looking forward to moving with the times with a bit of a renovation of the shop later in the year to serve you with even more options!! We can’t wait!
The news you’ve all been waiting for…
Over the last few months, as part of our increased safety measures, we had to suspend our Rewardle loyalty program. Since we’ve had Rewardle in the shop, we’ve given away over 5,000 free meals, giving you the opportunity to try some of our unique products, possibly for the first time, for free. We love giving you extra value and rewarding your loyalty, as well as hearing how you liked the new products!
The good news is that Rewardle is back with the opportunity to earn double points everyday from Monday 29th June to Saturday 4th July!
